Are You Willing To Change?

By Susan Brady

When you sit back and look at what you have accomplished so far this year and the results you have achieved, are you excited about what you see? Are you on track to achieving the targets and the goals you set at the beginning of the year? The one thing we know for sure is that you cannot change what has happened; however, you have complete control over what you will accomplish today forward.

Are you willing to take personal responsibility for your results?  I mean really willing?  You see, you are the only one that can change your results moving forward.  You are where you are today because of the CHOICES you have made OR, the CHOICES you have allowed others to make for you.

Now you might be saying to yourself ‘Susan, you don’t understand…’ and play the victim card, trust me, I’ve heard every story there is and every excuse in the book.  You can choose to make a changebig cash online casino win.

Decide today that there will be no more ‘buts’, like I said, you can’t change the past, it is over, done, so move on.  However, you do have control over today so embrace it, make a difference, make the decision to change – the decision that you are not going to live the way you have in the past and you are no longer going to accept the excuses you have given yourselfbingo cash prizes.

To be a successful as an entrepreneur is hard work, some people might make it look easy, but trust me – it takes lots of hard work.  There are a lot of people out there right now telling you that you can make thousands of dollars a week or even a day on-line and that it is so easy, however, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.  Don’t let these bright shiny objects deter you from focusing on what it is YOU want to achieve and what you know you have to do.

Get crystal clear on why you are in business and why you chose this business.  Having clarity around your goals and the reason that you are in business sets you up for either success or failure.  When you look at the results you have achieved in the last year and the results you are looking to achieve by the end of this year, you have to realize that there are some changes that need to take place. Know why it is important for you to change, there has to be a reason, not the how you’re going to make it happen but WHY it is necessary. You know the answer; you may just have to dig for it.

Make 2013 the year you take personal responsibility for your success.  Get clear on where you want to go, decide to take a no excuses approach and strategically start to put a plan in place to make it happen.

Surround yourself with a mentor or coaches who can help you get focused and help point you in the right direction; you can’t do it on your own.  I would never have accomplished what I have in the past 13 years without having amazing coaches, a mastermind group of like-minded individuals to support and encourage me, and an attitude of never giving up.

Treat your business like a CEO treats his or her company.  They have a plan – and a team to help them implement it.

START today – take some time with a pen and paper:

  1. Start with a 30/60/90 day plan.
  2. Have a VISION of where you would like to see your life – HOLD that vision
  3. What can you do TODAY?
  4. What do you need to do each and every week to realize your goals?
  5. How are you going to measure your results?
  6. Who is going to hold you accountable?

Be willing to do whatever it takes.  It is that willingness to do whatever it takes that will set you apart from the rest of the pack.  Make the decision that you will no longer be average or no longer be mediocre – you’re better than that.

You’re actually going to have to DO whatever it takes to change, you have to put ACTION to your willingness, prove that you are really willing by taking action.  Its one thing to acknowledge it and know WHY you need to change, but now you have to DO it.  Sure, you will make mistakes and have failures along the way, you’re going to get disappointed, but what you need to do is stand up, shake it off and do it again.

Remember – never give up!  Have an amazing and abundant finish to 2013!
